What this site collects
Only what you type into the pilot waitlist form, or send us by email. This site has no cookies, no analytics, no trackers and no ads. It loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.
The pilot waitlist
If you join the pilot waitlist, we keep:
- your name, work email, company and team size,
- your answer to “What should an AI office do for you?”, if you wrote one,
- that you agreed, and the date and time.
Why: to contact you about an Agentic OS pilot, and to know how many companies are interested. We may tell investors how many people joined, never who.
Where: in a private file on our web host (Hostinger), outside the public website, and in an email notice to ah@ahsanawan.com. The form uses no outside form service. We do not sell your details, share them or add you to a newsletter.
How long: until you ask us to delete them, or until the waitlist closes.
Delete on request: email ah@ahsanawan.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete your line from the file and the email notice.
Spam protection: the form allows one sign-up a minute from each IP address. For this it briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which is cleared at the next sign-up after that minute. Your IP address is not saved with your details.
Server logs
Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, date, page and browser, to run and protect the site. We do not use them to profile visitors.
The demo video
The demo is on YouTube. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. When you press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that video.

Links to YouTube and ahsanawan.com take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
If you write to ah@ahsanawan.com, we keep your email to answer you and to follow up on the same topic. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list. Ask us at the same address and we will delete it.
One small thing in your browser
The home page remembers, for this browser tab only, that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not play twice. This uses session storage, is never sent to us and is cleared when you close the tab.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
